Domestic Shipping (Netherlands):
- Free Shipping: Orders over €75 within the Netherlands qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under €75, a flat shipping fee applies based on your order amount.

International Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: For orders under a certain amount, depending on the location, a flat shipping fee applies based on your order amount.
- We offer international shipping with a maximum coverage of €30 on the freeroam cage and the luxurious playpen towards shipping costs. Any shipping costs above €30 will be billed to the customer.
- Delivery Times: Vary by destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Note: For large items such as playpens or cages, additional shipping costs may apply, especially for international deliveries. These costs will be calculated based on the size and weight of the items and your delivery location. We will inform you of any extra charges during checkout.
Shipping Damage or Issues:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items and packaging. This allows us to submit a claim to the shipping company on your behalf.
- We will work to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation and on a case-by-case basis.
